CONECT PRO DIGITAL LTDA, trading as Control View, is a company registered in Brazil at Rua Doutor Celestino 122, Sala 708, Centro, Niterói, RJ, 24020-091. We publish our own digital products and advertise them online. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.
This website does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. We do not sell personal data.
When you buy or use one of our digital products, we process the data needed to deliver it: e-mail address, order identifier, payment status and the country of the transaction. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processors and never reach our systems.
We advertise our own products on third-party advertising platforms, including TikTok for Business, Meta and Google. To manage those campaigns we operate internal software that connects to the advertising APIs of those platforms using credentials issued to our own accounts.
Our own landing pages and applications may send conversion events (for example, a completed purchase) back to the advertising platform that generated the visit, so that we can measure the performance of our own campaigns. These events relate to actions taken on our own properties and contain the minimum data required for attribution.
We process personal data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR, on the basis of: performance of a contract (delivering a product you bought), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention and measuring our own advertising), and consent where consent is required.
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Order records are kept for the period required by tax and consumer law. Advertising performance data is kept for as long as it is useful for campaign management and then deleted.
We share personal data only with service providers that make our operation possible — hosting, e-mail delivery, payment processing and advertising platforms — and only to the extent each of them needs. We do not sell personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to us through our contact page and we will respond within 15 days.
Access to our systems is restricted to our own team, protected by two-factor authentication, and API credentials are stored encrypted. We review access periodically.
Our products and our advertising are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this website.
