These terms govern your use of this website and of the digital products published by CONECT PRO DIGITAL LTDA, trading as Control View. By using the site or buying a product you accept them.
We publish our own digital products — mobile applications and information products — distributed online. We are a direct advertiser of those products. We do not sell advertising services, media buying services, or software as a service to third parties. Nothing on this website is an offer to manage advertising on behalf of another business.
Products sold on our properties are digital. Nothing is shipped by post. Delivery is made electronically, immediately after payment is confirmed, to the e-mail address given at checkout.
Prices are shown on the sales page of each product, in the currency indicated there, and include applicable taxes where required by law. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never store card data.
Consumers may cancel a purchase within the period granted by the applicable consumer law and by the platform used for the sale — at minimum 7 days under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, and up to 60 days on the platforms where we state a longer guarantee. To exercise it, contact us through the contact page with your order identifier.
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share it, in whole or in part, or claim authorship of it.
All content on this website and in our products — text, layout, images, software and brand names — belongs to CONECT PRO DIGITAL LTDA or is used under licence. Third-party names and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.
You agree not to use this website to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or for any unlawful purpose.
Our products may be sold through, delivered through, or advertised on third-party platforms. Each of those platforms has its own terms, which apply to you in addition to these. We operate on those platforms under our own accounts and in compliance with their policies.
Our products are provided as described on their sales pages. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Brazilian consumer law.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of this website or any product at any time. Purchases already completed are honoured.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Niterói, State of Rio de Janeiro, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in their own domicile.
